Renting should not start from zero every time
The idea behind Schedularly, in plain terms: a portable, verified record of who you are and how you pay — owned by the renter, shared on their terms.
Good renters and good landlords want the same thing: to find each other quickly and trust the match. The paperwork of a rental application actively works against that. It is slow, it leaks private documents, and it throws away everything the renter has already proven at their last three homes.
What we are building
An authoritative, portable record of a renter’s identity, income, on-time rent, and lease — owned by the renter and shared on their terms. It replaces the ad-hoc folder of documents with a single record that is faster to read and much harder to fake.
Trust that travels with you, from the first tour to the last payment.
This blog is where we will write down what we build and why — the product decisions, the fair-housing constraints that shape them, and the occasional look under the hood. It is early and the shape will change. That is the point.
