Your rental record, proven once and portable forever.
Schedularly turns identity, income, on-time rent, and your lease into one verified record — owned by the renter, shared on their terms, and read by landlords in seconds instead of a folder of documents.
Free to start · No documents to email · Verify at your own pace
The same record. Two very different problems solved.
Your history is an asset. It should travel with you.
You've paid rent on time for years. At the next listing that counts for nothing — so you're back to emailing pay stubs and hoping an old landlord picks up the phone.
A verified record answers the questions a landlord would otherwise guess at — identity, income, and a real payment history they can trust.
Verified reliability gives you something concrete to negotiate with, instead of asking a stranger to take your word for it.
No reference chase, no document scramble. Share one link and the landlord has everything they need to decide.
Your record is yours. It follows you to the next lease, the next city, and the lease after that.
Useful on day one. Stronger every month.
You don't have to prove everything before the product does anything. Each step unlocks something specific — and until it's done, we're honest about what a landlord still can't see.
Start with your identity
A tokenized identity check — minutes, no raw documents shared with anyone. This is the "do this first" step because it's what unlocks sharing.
Connect rent and income
Link the account you pay rent from. Past on-time payments are detected and imported; future rent is logged automatically as you pay.
Add your lease
Upload it, review the fields we extract, and send it to your landlord to countersign. It only reads "verified" once both of you agree on what it says.
Sensitive by nature, so handled that way.
End-to-end encryption
Data is protected in transit and at rest, during the verification process and long after it.
Data compliance
Built to meet GDPR, CCPA, and fair-credit reporting expectations from the start, not retrofitted.
Tokenization
Government ID data becomes a token that verified parties can check against — the document itself never travels.
A record that scores people has to be answerable to them.
These aren't policies in a footer — they're rules encoded in the product, and they decide what the interface is allowed to show.
No subjective reviews, ever
Your score comes from things that actually happened — verified payments, a countersigned lease, confirmed identity. Not star ratings, and not a landlord's opinion on move-out day.
You control who sees it, and for how long
Every share is a link you created and can revoke immediately. There's no permanent profile sitting in a database that strangers can pull without you knowing.
A transfer in flight never makes you late
Bank transfers take days to clear. While yours is on its way, no late fee builds and the month isn't marked late — and lateness is judged by the day you sent it, not the day it landed. If a transfer fails, the hold lifts and the original due date applies again.
A late mark can be lifted without money changing hands
Clearing what you owe and clearing your record are two separate decisions. A landlord who accepts that a late month wasn't your fault can lift it from your record — and the reason is recorded alongside it.
Renters are never charged to be believed.

We write down what we build, and why.
Why we made verification something you finish later
A new account is useful on day one. We rebuilt onboarding so identity, income, and rent history are things you earn as you go — not a wall you hit before you can do anything.
Building the lease round-trip: upload, extract, review, countersign
A lease only becomes trustworthy when both sides agree on what it says. Here is the state machine behind that, and why the "verified" banner is stricter than it looks.
Renting should not start from zero every time
The idea behind Schedularly, in plain terms: a portable, verified record of who you are and how you pay — owned by the renter, shared on their terms.
